Accounts – Contacts

Path: Account->details->contacts

This part shows the contacts for the account. Contacts are used to store contact information for the account.

You can click on the ‘First’ or ‘Last’ name of a contact to view the contact details.

Depending on your ‘Account’ permissions, you can create, edit or delete contacts.

A contact has a ‘Type’ of either ‘Account’ or ‘Group’. An ‘Account’ contact is specific for the account, and will only appear under that account. A ‘Group’ contact, on the other hand, will appear under every account within the same group as the account that was originally used to create the contact.

A contact can also store file attachments.
