The Account Details

Now we start looking at the accounts and processes which affect accounts during the course of your role.

As we previously mentioned we have 2 menus the system menu at the top and the account menu lower down.  Here we refer to tabs as “Account details”, etc..

On an Accounts Detail page we start with “Quick view” which will tell you the stats of activities in the account.  If there are no open activities the table will not show.

Next we have the account ATB and if part of a group the ATB of the group below it, the word Group is a hyperlink to the Aged Trial Balance showing the 3 accounts.

The Account Details shows the ‘Kuhlekt maintained fields’, and enables them to be edited. The ‘Account status’ and the ‘Collector assigned’ are also shown.

The ‘Account status’ is a text field generated by the system to show the overall status of the account, ie; “Legal appointment”, or “PTP open”, etc.

The ‘Risk ratings’ contribute to the ‘scoring’ for the account for the ‘To-do Suggested’ list. If you are concerned about an account, the ‘Risk rating’ is used to raise the score, i.e.; you are concerned that they may not be able to pay. The ‘Risk rating’ can be set from 0-9, 9 being the highest. There is one ‘Risk rating’ for you the collector, and one for the manager.

Below these fields we have “Details – Data Load”  this information is populated from your ERP system; these can be fixed fields those on the right and UDF’s (User Defined Fields) on the left.

At the foot of the page is a short form CRM where details of contacts made in the course of business can be recorded and later their details used in emails and SMS’s.
