System Audit logs

Path: Administration-> Audit logs

Every user change to the data in Kuhlekt is logged as ‘Audit log’ records, detailing the change, and stamping the record with the user name and GMT date and time.

There is a report in the Administration menu to show the Audit log records.

A ‘Collector manager’ can see ‘account’ audit log records for accounts in the scope of regions for the ‘Collector manager’. The ‘Collector manager’ can also see ‘user’ audit log records for users who have regions in common with the ‘Collector manager’.

An administrator will see all audit log records.

The ‘drill down’ capabilities of the report table make the Audit log report very powerful. You can look at an activity for a particular user, or a particular day, or a particular account. You can categorise the data to see a comparative summary of activity.

Also, when using the system, wherever you see the “i” info icon, you can click it to see the Audit log records relevant to that section.
