User – Set up – Access

A User account needs to be created for each person to enable them to access the system. NB: Generic user accounts are not permitted, there must be one account for each person.

An administrator can.

  • Create new users
  • Access and edit all users
  • Edit all fields for a user
  • Delete (NB: An administrator cannot delete themselves). A ‘Collector manager’ can.
  • Only access and edit users who have regions in common with

    • Local settings
    • Email settings
    • Permissions for account
    • Permissions for data
    • Permissions for disputes
    • Assigned accounts
