Path: Administration-> Job monitor

Batch jobs are used to run processes in the background.

The ‘Job monitor’ in the administration menu shows the batch jobs.

Clicking on a batch job will show the job details.

Jobs will run sequentially and only 1 job can run at a time in a specific region, once the job is finished the next job in sequence will run.

There are a number of different batch jobs, 

• Data load
• Sync status region
• Sync status group
• Sync prov region
• Sync user region
• Group change
• Statement run
• Statement delete
• Dunning run
• Dunning re-run
• Dunning cancel
• Dunning close
• Process outbox
• Check attachments
• Check email
• Check disputes
• Dispute email notifications
