Path: Metrics -> Metrics Setup

To setup a metric select create and complete each of the requirements, ensuring the naming is important to convey the measured item.

Metrics can be shared to other regions within the company by clicking on “copy” in the menu you will be taken to a list select the “copy to region” and tick the relevant metrics, then select copy in the top menu.

Region will be assigned based on the region you are in when you create.

Metric Type, select from the drop-down menu the related area of the KPI.  A short description will be shown under the field related to the type.

Name, create a pertinent name defining the KPI so it is clear in the dashboard.

Objective, what is the primary objective of the metric.

Calculation period, select from the drop-down menu the base time period for the KPI.

Calculation method, select from the drop-down menu the calculation for the KPI.

Calculation start point, select from the drop-down menu the start points of the KPI.

Target direction, select from the drop-down menu the target direction of the KPI.

Parameters are related to the type of KPI selected, if shown complete the parameters.

Region target, select if a region target is applicable from the drop down. If yes complete the target value.

Default user target, select if a region target is applicable from the drop down. If yes complete the target value.
