Using Tables Searches and QBE
In addition to the search facility in the main menu bar each table has search and Query by Example searches.

To search using th QBE process click the “Search” button on the account menu bar.

This will open the QBE line where you add examples into as many fields as you need to search and then press search.

There are operators also to assist in your search so click on the operator block and select the relevvat option, there are different operators for Text, Date and numerics.
