User – Set up – Security

The security is managed by defining ‘Type’, ‘Scope’ and ‘Permissions’ for the users.

There are 6 types of users.

  1. Administrator
    1. Used to setup and administered the system mandatory user in all environments
  2. Collector Manager
    1. Used to manage the collectors
  3. Collector   
    1. Used by collectors
  4. Account manager
    1. Used to assign an account manager to an account, and used in disputes for the ‘Account manager” dispute approval step
  5. Operations 
    1. Used in disputes for the optional ‘Operations’ dispute approval step
  6. Accounts 
    1. Used in disputes to process ‘Credit/Invoice’ dispute step Other Used in disputes for other users in the DOA        hierarchy User – Setup – Deleting

Users may only be deleted by an Administrator.

Navigate to Administration->User select the user to be deleted and click delete and confirm.

Any ledger assigned to the user will now be unallocated check the assignments and reassign.

 

Troubleshooting

User cannot be deleted:

Check for any open disputes, if there are reassign the disputes to another user, then attempt the delete again.
