Accounts – Timeline – Escalate Phone/Notes/PTPs

You can ‘Escalate’ a Phone/Note/PTP item, whereby you can assign it to a different user. The item will then be assigned to that user, and will appear on their dashboard and to-do lists, and not on yours.
While in create or edit mode, the ‘Escalate’ button appears. Clicking the ‘Escalate button’ will show a new field on the item, which allows you to select a user from a list, to escalate the item to them. An email is sent to the user that the item was escalated to. Once an item has been escalated, it can be un-escalated, by clicking the ‘Remove escalation’ button.
The dashboard, workload graphs, workload date picker and to-do lists take into account if the items are escalated. An icon appears next to the item to indicate that the item has been escalated.
