Tables – Categorisation

Enhance your reporting by using

Some columns also have the option of categorizing the column. Categorizing will ‘group’ all like items in the column, and total any numeric fields in the other columns. These grouped rows also have a count of the number of items in the group. For example, if you categorize the ‘Collector’ column in the aged trial balance, you will get one row for each unique collector, and a total of that collector’s accounts.
