Kuhlekt pro-actively reminds the card holders of direct debits or stored card details of the impending approach of the expiration of their cards.

Kuhlekt on the 27^th of each month we send an email to all portal users with cards expiring at the end of the month asking them to log in and update their card details.

On the 5^th of each month, we create a note for the collection team member to call users who have expired cards to get the latest card details.
