The Activities section allows you to create and send an SMS to a customer directly from within Kuhlekt.
Depending on your ‘Data permissions’, you can create, send, edit or delete an SMS. Click on ‘Create SMS’ to create an SMS. The SMS form is quite simple with 3 fields;
To (There is a drop-down list of phone numbers)
Message
You can either ‘Send’ the SMS straight away, or ‘Save as draft’. Only ‘Draft’ SMSs can be edited. When the SMS is sent, its status is changed to ‘Sent’.
