1. These tabs indicate different companies or regions that are within your organization, from here if you are provided access you can click between them.
2. Select to display the dashboard data either as a complete region or for a single collector only.
3. The users’ options are controlled here, the user may select to have a side or top menu, they can review all interactions they have had via the audit logs and in the user Profile they can maintain Phone Numbers and auto signatures within the system.
